Trailpro Ltd has been working with us on our ‘Bikes in Schools’ programme since early 2015. This programme is about creating opportunity for all students to have equal and regular access to riding a bike in the safety of their school grounds. It includes a fleet of different sized bikes and helmets, cycle skills training, and three different bikes tracks – a flat riding track, a skills track, and a pump track. Trailpro Ltd has been involved in building bike tracks for a number of schools involved in our programme and has constantly proved to be a very reliable contractor, responding promptly to requests for quotes and conducting site visits. Every school Trailpro has been in contact with has reported back how easy the staff are to deal with, how pleasant and friendly they are, and how knowledgeable they are with designing bike tracks that suit the school environment. It has been my pleasure to work with Trailpro over the last year or so. They have proved to be creative and proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to increasing the number of children cycling. They really do believe in making a difference for our community. Byron in particular is conscientious and reliable. He has a cheerful, friendly personality and is always co-operative and thinks beyond his brief, considering additional safety issues on site. Trailpro Ltd are exceptional contractors and I have no hesitation in supporting them by way of testimonial. New Plymouth Mountain Bikers
Trailpro are a great company to work with. We (New Plymouth Mountain Bikers club) originally wanted to work with two trail building companies in parallel on our development project for Mangamahoe Mountain Bike Park here in Taranaki. However once the tenders were received the club committee decided it would be best to work with one trail builder and we chose TrailPro.
To be completely honest the project has been a breeze in some trying Taranaki weather conditions at
times, but it never phased Trail Pro. Trail Pro listened to our requirements and delivered. Byron and
his team are great to work with, professional, know how to build trails that fit the landscape, they
understand local conditions and meet the needs of not only club members but the wider community.
We got exactly what we asked them to build, on budget and ahead of schedule. What more can you
ask.

Our mountain bike club recently contracted Byron Scott’s company “TrailPro” to build a new mountain bike track at Te Miro Mountain Bike Park. We based our decision on a well presented quote, and free onsite consultation and a competitive price. Byron was able to present his ideas in a clear and open way and his experience at building jump features was exactly what we were after. During the build Byron’s team worked in a quick, confident manner and were very pleasant to deal with. They were very good at interpreting the hillside and extracting the very best from the natural features that were available. Since the track has been opened we have noticed a large increase in usage at our park and believe this has a lot to do with our new track. We are looking forward to having the Trailpro team back at our park soon to construct more fantastic tracks. Highly recommended!

To Whom It May Concern,
As chairperson of the Vardon School Parent Teacher Association it was my responsibility to manage and oversee our bike track project.
We initially engaged with two other construction companies to look at building our track with no luck and a lack of confidence for our vision to be achieved. We were then recommended to contact Byron from Trail Pro and we never looked back.
Byron and his team were so engaged with us throughout the whole process, they took our vision and ideas and made them a reality. His communication is top notch, he took all my phone calls with such patience, and was confidently able to answer all our queries.
Despite our build process being planned for 2020 during the pandemic our build was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. We were given clear instructions from Trail Pro on the upkeep and maintenance required to keep our track looking pristine. From the school’s operational perspective, the disruption during the build was minimal, completely safe and their work area was immaculate.
Overall, I couldn’t recommend Byron and his team enough, his knowledge on track building is incredible. You can tell he and the team live and breathe track building, their enthusiasm and passion to grow the number of bike tracks in schools shows how much they love and care about the work they do. I don’t think there is any greater enthusiasm than that in your chosen profession.
